The UK has been blessed (or cursed, depending on your outlook) with weeks of glorious sunshine, which is great news for those who are able to sit back and enjoy it.
For those of us working in an office, however, the sweltering temperatures can be unbearable.
As temperatures rise, the Met Office has issued a Level 3 heatwave warning and the UK national weather service have urged Brits to “stay out of the sun.” With this being the case, it is important that HR take these stifling temperatures into consideration and do everything that they can to ensure staff are keeping their cool at work.
