Managing your staff during the World Cup

With the World Cup here, many employees will be wanting to watch matches at work or take time off to catch as much of the tournament as possible.

This will be especially true for games in which England play. However, it can provide some awkward moments for employers, line-managers and HR practitioners with staff maybe wanting more time off, to watch matches at work or even pull ‘sickies’ to catch the three lions in action.
