The word AI is bandied around a lot. Depending on who you listen to, it’s either a direct threat to human work as we know it or a workplace panacea. There doesn’t seem to be a middle ground.
Yet, amongst the emotion-driven reactions, savvy businesses are beginning to wield AI for nuanced workplace solutions. AI can already perform basic tasks efficiently and free up thinking time for staff.
However, could AI do the same for leaders? With many tasked with making business and people decisions that have a huge impact, harnessing technology to assist might be a consideration.
