Launch of Actus Learning™ - the catalyst for driving culture change

London January 2017: Actus™ announces the launch of Actus Learning to complement their award winning Actus Software™ operation. The new division will focus on helping clients to drive culture change by embedding the skills and behaviours needed to improve performance, to achieve increased productivity and cost efficiencies.

Headed up by director Ali Nutley, a veteran of the training and consultancy industry, it will launch in early January with a portfolio of learning and development programmes built around the latest industry thinking and client feedback.

The core programme was initially developed in 2012 by CEO Lucinda Carney, to support clients implementing their award winning performance management software. The new expanded portfolio, underpinned by the team’s extensive industry knowledge and a high level of behavioural expertise, is designed to help grow delegates mind-set, confidence and ability; bringing the clarity needed to strategically focus on shaping an agile, performance-based workforce.

The portfolio is constructed to offer a flexible approach to equipping employees at all levels from individual executives, to whole teams with the skills and behaviours they need to maximise their investment in continuous performance.  The dynamic content of the programmes helps to eradicate the tick box mentality and explores what really engages and inspires improved performance.
