7 steps to accelerating more women into leadership roles

Women make up more than half of the global workforce, but make up less than a quarter that a quarter of leadership roles. Or, looking at it the other way, men make up less than half of the global workforce, but make up over three-quarters of leadership roles.

It’s this staggering stat that is at the heart of ManpowerGroup’s latest report, titled ‘7 Steps To Conscious Inclusion’, which provides a template for companies to boost their senior diversity and, consequently, profit margins.
