What will keep HR up at night this year

HRDs who are becoming insomniacs may need to have a read of Cascade HR’s latest research.

The survey of 275 industry professionals has revealed the top concerns for HR this year. The HR software and integrated payroll provider found that the overriding struggles were recruitment, managing organisational change and staff morale. A fifth didn’t see any Brexit-related challenges.

When it comes to managing change four-fifths said their organisation is okay, good or excellent. Areas identified as needing significant improvement were communication (61%), staff involvement/engagement (57%) and planning (50%).
