Keller Group appoints Group HR Director

Engineering company Keller Group has appointed a new Group HR Director.

Graeme Cook will take the role and will report to Chief Executive Alain Michaelis. He brings to Keller 25 years experience in both finance and HR leadership roles.

His most recent position was Group HR Director at EnQuest, a FTSE oil and gas production company. Prior to this, Cook held roles including Group Head of Talent and Leadership for Legal and General, and HR Director for the Mediterranean Basin and Africa region at BG Group.

As we continue to grow, we want to attract, develop, motivate and retain high performing leaders and employees,” says Michaelis. “Our HR strategy, and the development of leadership and talent in particular, will be central to our success and I know that Graeme’s knowledge and experience will help move us forwards.”
