Glassdoor has announced the winners of its ninth annual Employees’ Choice Awards, celebrating the Best Places to Work in 2017 across North America and parts of Europe.
The awards are given solely based on voluntary employee feedback through the completion of a company review. This questionnaire looks into their role in the company, the overall work environment and their employer-employee relations over the past year.
The 50 Best UK Places to Work in 2017 rated companies with 1,000 employees or more. The methodology behind the selection took into account company reviews and ratings from current and former employees between 2 November 2015 and 30 October 2016.
Speaking on the results, Diarmuid Russell, Glassdoor Head of International, explained the logic behind the awards.
