Although artificial intelligence will soon be entering the workforce, tech companies still need to look after their human employees.
Enter Arden Hoffman, Vice President Global Head of People at Dropbox. In an interview with Life Hacker, Hoffman said she prefers to keep the way she works with technology simple.
She explains: “My approach here is all about simplicity. I believe in stripping away the distractions and focusing on people and meaningful conversations. Achieving this focus means having the fewest distractions as possible, which in turn enables me to have important, real-life connections.”
