Dropbox's VP Global Head of People reveals how she works best

Peering into inner workings of Silicon Valley, we expect to see coders and technological geniuses robotically producing the latest app, site or product set to change the world as we know it.

Although artificial intelligence will soon be entering the workforce, tech companies still need to look after their human employees.

Enter Arden Hoffman, Vice President Global Head of People at Dropbox. In an interview with Life Hacker, Hoffman said she prefers to keep the way she works with technology simple.

She explains: “My approach here is all about simplicity. I believe in stripping away the distractions and focusing on people and meaningful conversations. Achieving this focus means having the fewest distractions as possible, which in turn enables me to have important, real-life connections.”
