Five minutes with: Niall Cluley, Partner and Director of Consulting at Dragonfish

Dragonfish has appointed Fitness First Global HR Director and former client, Niall Cluley, as Partner and Director of Consulting.

At Dragonfish he will play a key role in business development, building a reputation among the C-suite, developing a blueprint for products, capabilities and skills that deliver ambitious and effective culture and engagement consultancy projects.

He spoke to us about the challenges he expects in his new role at Dragonfish, and what Fitness First has achieved.

One of the biggest, and most important, elements of my new role will be to understand the challenges facing clients and organisations right now, both internally and externally. The changing commercial landscape will be on the minds of all business leaders – as consultants it’s vital that we are as attuned to that as they are.
