Ernst & Young appoint new Executive Director

Ernst & Young LLP’s People Advisory Services has appointed a new Executive Director to focus on rewards.

Brian Sinclair brings with him thirty years of experience. He joins from US Foods where he held the role of Senior Director of Compensation since 2012.

Sinclair spent 17 years with Hewitt Associates, leading the firm’s sales force effectiveness consulting group as National Practice Leader.

He also worked as Sales Compensation Director at Google.

Sinclair spoke to us about his ambitions in his new role: “My goal at EY is to build and enhance our consulting services in sales force effectiveness. As part of EY’s People Advisory Services team, my initial focus will be on the People side of SFE, including topics like sales organisation structure, roles, competencies, and particularly sales compensation, a program that can have significant impact on client financial results and customer relationships. My challenge will be to build and maintain a strong team of SFE experts so we can integrate the offer into our broad client services.
