Walmart appoints SVP of Global People Services and Technology

Walmart has appointed a Senior Vice President of Global People Services and Technology.

Rustin Richburg joins from Imperial Tobacco, where he held the role of Global HR Operations Director and was responsible for building and managing all HR operations (process, structure, shared services, and technology) to deliver business and HR strategy across the global business.

Richburg was also the Managing Director of Accenture for just over six years, leaving the firm in 2013.
