Bombardier, the multinational aerospace and transportation company, has appointed a new Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
Dan Brennan joins the firm from CRH, a global building materials group, headquartered in Dublin, where he held the role of Talent Development Director.
Alain Bellemare, Bombardier’s CEO, comments on Brennan's appointment: "I am very pleased to welcome Dan to our senior leadership team. His proven track record leading global HR teams in support of high-performing and high-growth organisations makes him a perfect fit for Bombardier; both where we are today, and where we are headed in the future as we continue to transform the company.”
Bombardier, which has a significant presence in Derby, is set to cut 7,500 jobs, with around two-thirds of the cuts to be in its rail division Bombardier Transportation.
