Having the guidance and support of someone you trust can make a huge difference when it comes to business success.
This is why Santander has announced the launch of its Breakthrough Women in Business (WiB) mentoring programme for the next generation of female UK entrepreneurs, run in association with the social enterprise, Cause4.
There is room for thirty women on the 2017 programme, where the female entrepreneurs are matched to successful mentors running their own businesses. To qualify, entrepreneurs must:
- employ between five and forty individuals
- be the majority shareholder of a business, with an annual turnover of between £250,000 and £6million
- have been trading for at least three years
- be able to scale up their business idea and boost local employment.

This dedicated initiative is one of the most comprehensive programmes of its type and offers real value to the selected entrepreneurs.
