Maxus UK appoints Head of People and Culture

Maxus UK has strengthened its HR department with the appointment of a Head of People and Culture.

Paul Mee joins from BBC Television where he was HR Business Partner, responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the business, as well as leading projects around employee engagement, leadership development, and organisational design.

He was also a key driver behind initiatives such as the Better Place to Work engagement programme and BBC TV Leadership Promises.

Mee brings with him ten years of experience working within HR departments at big brands including Phase Eight, Hearst Magazines, and BBC.
