Exterion Media appoints People and Culture Director

Exterion Media has appointed a new People and Culture Director for the UK.

The advertising business has appointed Karen Rumble to the role.

Rumble will be responsible for developing Exterion Media’s talent and resourcing, leading its culture and values programme and helping the people team deliver support.  

She joins from Travelex, where she held the role of Lead HR Manager since July 2014.
