Donald Trump hit with homophobic lawsuit by gay ex-employee

A former employee of one of Donald Trump’s businesses is suing, alleging that he suffered discrimination after complaining about homophobic harassment.

Eleazar Andres claims that he was targeted by colleagues with homophobic slurs after coming out as gay in 2014 – Pink News reports.

He claims that management witnessed him being called a “f****t” by co-workers and did nothing about it.

The former employee of the Trump National Golf Club also states that his employer broke anti-discrimination laws and fostered a hostile working environment. Andres is suing for discrimination of sexual orientation and alleges that the club is responsible for “the acts constituting hostile work environment” and “sexual orientation harassment”.
