A recent survey has shed light on how much trust employees have in their current HR systems.
The report, by Cezanne HR, found that despite the fact 69.6% of employees still use manual, ‘old fashioned’ methods of communication in order, in this instance, to request time off, confidence in HR systems is still running high.

The survey of 1,000 employees found that 74.1% said they would be “comfortable” or “very comfortable” with booked time off data being held by cloud-based systems. The respondents claimed that they were more concerned that their employer was storing their private details, for example bank accounts and private information.
