Autoglass appoints new People Director

Autoglass has appointed a new People Director.                           

Asa Wirsenius will enter the role, where she will hold overall accountability for the development and implementation of the company’s people strategy.

Wirsenius has already spent five and a half years within Belron Group, whose key brands include Autoglass. She initially worked as the HR Director for Carglass Sweden before taking over HR responsibilities for the whole of their Scandinavian operation. 

Commenting on her appointment, Wirsenius says: “I am excited to be joining a business as people-driven as Autoglass. My experience has taught me that you can only grow a business by growing its people, and I am determined to translate the strong brand at Autoglass into a compelling Employee Value Proposition.  Helping others to grow and develop is one of my passions and I can’t wait to contribute to the already fantastic family culture within the company.”
