Are Trump & Clinton unemployable?

Following the recent debate between Presidential hopefuls Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, questions have been raised around whether or not either of the pair are really electable.

A recent Huffington Post and YouGov poll asked Americans to describe the candidates in one word. The top five words which came out for Clinton were; liar, dishonest, crooked, untrustworthy and criminal. For Trump they were; arrogant, racist, asshole, idiot and loudmouth.

Pam Rogerson, HR Director for the ELAS Group, believes that this is not a good indication of what is to come. She explained how good leaders are supposed to inspire their employees, take responsibilities for their actions and be accountable for the company as a whole.

“From what we’ve seen so far in this US presidential campaign, neither Donald Trump nor Hillary Clinton would be employable in the real world,” Rogerson commented to Executive Grapevine. “None of the traits used to describe them in the recent poll would appear anywhere in a job description for a person in a managerial position, which begs the question: should either of them be employed by the nation?
