How did you celebrate your appointment as Chief Talent Officer? 

The news of my promotion broke when I was on my way to my first Global Executive Committee meeting in the East Hamptons. It was so interesting to hear priorities from other global leaders and to hear their thoughts on my ideas on a global talent strategy. They are a brilliant, interesting and genuinely collaborative team. And…whilst in NYC, I celebrated my promotion with a shopping trip – a beautiful blue Longchamp bag I’d had my eye on for a while!
