The future of talent acquisition is bright, especially as recruitment marketing continues to mature and evolve as a critical component of success in modern talent acquisition.
Talent prospecting and pipelining, talent attraction and engagement, etc.—each of the many moving parts of recruitment marketing presents its own unique opportunities for employers to do more and do better. But managing all of these disparate elements poses real operational and technical challenges. As such, I believe we’ll see a few things play out in this fast-growing sector of the HR tech landscape:
