A frequently heard moan from HR Directors is that their department is ignored at C-suite level lest they prove their worth.

The resulting effect is that their department doesn’t get the investment that it needs and deserves.

David Woodward, Chief Product & Marketing Officer at SD Worx, thinks he can rectify this. He spoke to HR Grapevine about how to arm the HR Director with the tools to win investment.

“Clearly,” he says, “many HR departments are still deeply concerned that they do not have sufficient influence with the Board. One area in which they clearly have a case is in the battle they face in justifying investment in new technology.
