Arup appoints new Head of Reward UKMEA

Arup, the global design firm has appointed a new Head of Reward UKMEA.

Rachel Beattie will take the role, joining from Christie’s where she was Head of Global Compensation & Benefits.

Beattie has held various HR and reward roles at the BBC, Linklaters and Santander.
