A Silicon Valley start-up is currently being sued over claims of alleged “systematic” discrimination against Asian jobseekers – the BBC reports.
The US Government has filed a lawsuit against Palantir Technologies, calling into question their recruitment practices from as far back as 2010.
The US Department of Labor is seeking compensation for the candidates and employees who claim to have been discriminated against by the employer.
Palantir issued a statement, published by the Wall Street Journal, which denied the claims: “We are disappointed that the Department of Labor chose to proceed with an administrative action and firmly deny the allegations.
