Offering constructive feedback, knowing how to hone and develop an individual’s skill and propel it toward a communal goal, even understanding the metrics of a team – all of this, and more, can make knowing where you stand as a boss tricky.
A recent survey by PwC found that 97% of organisations believe project management is critical to business performance and organisational success.
Yet another survey, this time from the University of Ottawa, highlighted that 33% of projects fail because of a lack of involvement from senior management.
