Netflix sued by FOX after allegations of 'poaching' top execs

Netflix is at the centre of a legal battle with global news station FOX.

They allege that Netflix hired employees whilst they were still under contract with FOX.

According to Inquisitr.com, FOX is claiming that Netflix has poached some of their top executives and lured them away from their firm. Deadline reports that FOX is seeking damages from Netflix for supposedly hiring staff that would have been valuable to them had they stayed at FOX.

FOX is also claiming that Netflix engaged in a “brazen campaign to unlawfully target, recruit, and poach valuable Fox executives by illegally inducing them to break their employment contracts with FOX to work at Netflix”, according to Inquisitr.com.
