Penguin Random House UK appoints Director of Strategy, Culture and Innovation

Penguin Random House UK have promoted their Group HR Director, UK and International Companies to Director of Strategy, Culture and Innovation.

Neil Morrison will take the role, and has been with the company for just over three years.

Prior to joining Penguin Random House, Morrison was the Group HR Director at Random House Group for almost five years.

He has also worked in various HR roles at Argos and Home Retail Group and is a board member at the CIPD.
