Chipotle employee sues after alleging boss said 'black girls have attitude'

A former employee at restaurant chain Chipotle is currently suing the company, alleging that she was fired for making a complaint about her Latino colleagues.

Sheqweshu Clark, who worked at a Chipotle in El Segundo, USA, filed a lawsuit citing that she told her manager that she believed Latino workers received preferential treatment - after which a supervisor told her that “black girls always have an attitude.”

Clark is suing, alleging racial discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment and failure to prevent harassment – reports My News LA.
