What female Millennials want revealed

Millennials, more than any other generation so far, are proving tricky for HR departments, recruiters, and companies in general, to satisfy.

To help both, CafeMedia, a women-focused digital media shop, has surveyed female Millennials and asked what matters most to them in terms of work, money and experiences.

CafeMedia’s SVP – Strategy and Insights, Rachel Parkin, said: “Brands need to first recognise that not all Millennials are the same, and there isn't a one-size-fits-all solution.

"Millennials are living life according to their own terms. Individuality is paramount, and they absolutely don't want to be told what to do. The best thing a brand can do is to speak to the diversity within the generation and empower Millennials to make their own choices."
