The end of the weekend heralds the start of the working week – bringing with it trepidation and excitement about what the next few days will hold.
An American study by Monster found that 76% of employees get the ‘Sunday night blues’ - even if they typically like their job and want to go in every morning.
Laura Vanderkam, author of ‘What The Most Successful People Do on the Weekend’, explained to Business Insider that “it's easy to feel a bit of trepidation on Sundays about the stresses waiting for you on Monday morning.”
