Marks & Spencer promotes Head of HR

Marks & Spencer has promoted their Head of HR to Group Head of Recruitment.

Kim Whitfield will take the role.

She has been with Marks & Spencer since 2002, where she has held various roles in HR including Head of HR - Retail Simply Food, Food Franchise, Hospitality Operations & Food Operations and Head of HR - Womenswear & International Franchise Division.
