A recent report has collated the opinions of leading world-renowned leaders of HR, in order to highlight the changing face of the discipline.
The report, entitled “Do the Right Thing and Do It Well. The Evolving Role of HR – Insights from Leading Companies Around the World”, was published by Egon Zehnder.
The research looks at issues such as consistent and disciplined management attention on building a pipeline of talent, on which Bill Strahan – CHRO of Comcast, commented: “We’ve worked hard at being both sensitive and creative in our talent assessments. Circulating talent is critical to our talent development strategy.”
