Although CEO’s are synonymous with high remuneration packages and bonuses, new research reveals that it’s not the top position for annual monetary incentives.

According to Glassdoor, the role of Global Account Manager has been named as the top position for annual bonuses, receiving an annual median salary of £37,000.

Following this is Partner (£33,500) and Chief Operating Officer (£31,500).

However, when calculating total compensation, CEOs took the lead with median earnings of £155,000, racing past the salary of a Global Manager (£90,000).
