What's classed as sexual harassment?

Last week a report from the Trades Union Congress (TUC) and the Everyday Sexism Project found that sexual harassment in the workplace is rife.

The study - titled ‘Still just a bit of banter?’ - asked 1,533 people about workplace harassment.

A total of 52% of women overall, and 63% of women aged 18- to 24-years-old, said they have experienced sexual harassment at work.

The survey also found that 79% of women who said they have experienced sexual harassment at work did not tell their employer about what was happening.
