The exact time of the 'lunchtime slump' revealed

We’re all familiar with the post-lunch slump; when our productivity and concentration dips, and getting through the afternoon is a struggle.

According to research by Get More Vitamin Drinks, the exact time the haze hits is 2.22pm.

The survey of over 2,000 employees found the most common reasons attributed to the midday slump were warm working environments, not enough sleep and hefty workloads.

Following this was not enjoying work, hot weather outside and eating too much at lunch.
