EE appoints Director of Talent, Development and Organisation Performance

EE has appointed a new Director of Talent, Development and Organisation Performance.

Damon Fossey will enter the role, joining from BT, where he was Head of Leadership, Learning, Talent and Performance for over two years.

He also worked in various HR roles at Tesco, including Head of HR - UK Clothing and Home, Head of HR - Marketing & Corporate Purchasing, and Head of HR - Corporate Marketing & Freetime.
