Money matters and money management is the employee benefit most HR professionals would like to improve, according to new research by Balmoral Financial and HR Grapevine.
When asked which of their current benefits were not up to scratch and which they would most like to enhance, 37% of senior HR and benefits professionals cited money matters and money management.
Currently, only four per cent of respondents currently offer a money matters and money management product to support their employees.
The research also found that only 12% of HR departments have bespoke employee benefit solutions tailored to their staff, with 44% stating that they have a standard company package. Just over a third (35%) of respondents have set packages tailored to job level or tenure.
