A guide to conference call etiquette

12% of office workers have said that they have used the toilet whilst on a conference call, a survey from Powwownow.com has found.

They asked 2,000 employees about their conference calling sins. 19% admitted to telling a lie to get out of a conference call; with men (19%) more likely to use personal issues as an excuse for missing a conference call than women (12%).

Accordingly, Powwownow.com crafted a list regarding conference call etiquette based on the findings from their research.
