Jobseeker pulls knife on Pizza Hut staff after interview is cancelled

A desperate jobseeker threatened staff at a Pizza Hut chain in China with a knife, following a manager at the store telling him to come back later for a job interview.

The managers told the 53-year-old candidate, surnamed Li, that they didn’t have time to interview him today and to come back another day.

In a fit of rage, Li grabbed a fruit knife from the establishments’ kitchen, and began swiping at staff.

Surveillance footage showed the angered Li grab a staff member by their shirt collar while reportedly jabbing threateningly at other employees – The Express reports.
