Employees at Starbucks are getting a makeover as the global coffee giant has relaxed formal work attire, allowing workers to showcase their own personal styles.
Whilst staff will be expected to don the same green apron, they will have more say as to what goes underneath it.
In a statement reported by CNBC News, Starbucks said: "Our Dress Code reflects the professionalism you bring to your craft, the commitment to making every moment right and the inclusive welcome at the heart of our brand.”
Staff can choose from a variety of shirt colours, including navy, grey, darker denim and brown - they are also allowed to sport small patterns on their shirts.
