Danone's top tips for attracting graduate talent

Danone’s UK Future Graduate Programme currently hires 30 graduates on their scheme, which is split into three two-year programmes with every graduate offered a role at the end of the scheme.

Although relatively new in the graduate sphere, starting the scheme in 2012, the company has achieved 60th place in the Times Top 100 Graduate Employers.

Becky Moore, Employer Brand and Engagement Manager at Danone, shared four tips to attract and retain graduate talent with HR Grapevine.
