Wellbeing coaching - the missing link between knowledge and change

If knowledge translated into action most of us would wake up every morning feeling energised and looking forward to the day. We’d be happier, feel healthier, make better decisions and have the work life integration we aspire to.

But changing habits isn’t easy.  Change needs us to let go of our past ways of thinking, acting and feeling so that we can create new outcomes in the future. When we shift our perception of ourselves and focus on how we are ‘being’, rather than what we are ‘doing’, we can really find the motivation and resources for the longer journey.

Making it work in your organisation

Health and well-being is rising up the business agenda as we recognise that a good state of health and well-being is an essential contributor to high performance.  However, many “workplace wellness programs” are failing to inspire employees to make healthy changes.  Policies and procedures, information and training do provide the ‘what we need to do’, but nothow we need to do it’.
