CEOs are synonymous with unconventional hiring tactics, such as getting candidates out of bed for an interview starting at 6.30am, or taking a potential employee for a meal only to then intentionally mess up their order.
Whichever tactic deployed, it’s all about gauging the ideal personality traits required to be a good business partner.
Daniel S Glaser, the CEO of Marsh & McLennan Companies (worth $34billion (£25.7billion) according to Business Insider), has revealed his hiring tactics in an interview with The New York Times.
The 55-year-old said he asks job candidates "really open-ended questions," such as: "What are the kinds of things that make you happy?", "Are you easily satisfied as a person?" and "Do you feel content?"
