Give 'vaping' staff extra breaks & separate rooms - official advice urges

HR policy will now have to take the vaping needs of staff into consideration.

New guidelines issued by Public Health England (PHE) have said that employees should have indoor ‘vaping rooms’ so that they can smoke without going outside – as it undermines their ability to quit smoking.
