High Access hires HR Director

Facilities services firm High Access has appointed an HR Director.

Fiona Carter joins from PRIDE in People (her own consultancy set up to support SMEs), where she was also HR Director.

She says of it on her LinkedIn: “I established PRIDE in People having realised a gap in the market to help SMEs who do not need a full time HR Manager nor do they want to be tied into an expensive retainer. We serviced clients from an array of industries delivering a commercial, no fuss, jargon free, plain talking approach.”

Prior to this she held a variety of interim roles as a HR Business Partner at Axcess Financial, Nandos and Wahaca.
