Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane has appointed a Group Chief HR Officer.
Mauro Ghilardi joins from BTG Pactual, where he was CHRO for a year.
Prior to this he was Global Head of HR – Life Segment at Zurich Insurance Group.
He has also worked at Novartis, Ingram Micro and NCR.
