The Employee Engagement Awards opens for entries in the UK & Ireland

The annual Employee Engagement Awards are now open to all those forward-thinking organisations that strive to do things differently.

The EE Awards – now in its third year – recognises the game-changers in employee engagement across 17 different categories. These include a number of focus areas such as; employer branding, diversity, social responsibility and internal communications.

Matt Manners, Founder & CEO says the awards are “fast becoming the gold standard for those companies that want to demonstrate to the labour market that they are putting the employee experience at the heart of their business. Moreover, that the strategies they are implementing are dynamic, innovative and breaking new ground in what can be done to enhance engagement within a business.

“Now that we recognise excellence through the awards and motivate change with our conference, we want to inspire every business in the UK to feel the benefits of best practice employee engagement. We want organisations of all sizes and from all sectors to enter so that we can bring to the surface the very best in engagement so that others can learn through example.”

The awards will be judged by a number of senior practitioners from some of the largest organisations in the world, as well as engagement experts, a best-selling author and even an Olympian. Calum Di Lieto, Editor and Head of Content at HR Grapevine, will act as the Principal Judge and co-host of the evening.

He says: “Employee engagement is an essential part of every businesses’ future success, regardless of the sector in which they operate in.

“In times of uncertainty it is the engagement of a company’s ‘most important asset’ that will make the difference between surviving and thriving, and it is inspiring to hear about the innovative and cost-effective ways businesses are managing this.”
