However hiring managers are becoming increasingly savvy at gleaning information from a candidate in unexpected ways, making it ever harder for the recruiter to prep their hopeful jobseeker.
Chairman of Reed, James Reed has pin pointed one of the most difficult interview questions – one which turns the tables on the unsuspecting candidate – Business Insider reports.
In his book ‘101 Interview Questions You’ll Never Fear Again’ Reed lists the question as “what are your thoughts on the interview process so far?”.
