Oxford Policy Management appoints Head of HR

Oxford Policy Management has hired a Head of HR.

Fiona Whitworth was promoted from Global Head of Performance Management to Head of HR at Oxford Policy Management.

She has previously worked at ING Banking, as well as Rio Tinto and SSA Global.
